I thought the comment abt Edward Cullen not “having the balls” to go for the jugular was, no pun intended, hitting below the belt. What attracted me to the series much later than other fans, is the fact that this is a fantast romance. not a horror story. BTW, Edward did have a bit of a “career” as a human blood sucking vampire for several yrs, before he returned to Carlisle’s family. I had initially shied away from the series, because I had no interest in another blood sucking vampire story. Interesting that though Brad Pitt beat out Rob Pattinson for sexiest vampire, Interview With a Vampire, didn’t make the top 10 list of best vampire movies.
