The nominees for the 2009 American Music Awards were announced today, and it seems that the soundtrack for Twilight (which Rob had performed on!) was nominated for Favorite Soundtrack Album!

The awards will take place on November 22, at 8PM EST!

Here it is! Here’s the newest trailer for The Twilight Saga: New Moon, officially released by Summit Entertainment.

With news out now that Rob, as well as his New Moon co-stars Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner will be appearing at this year’s Video Music Awards, MTV has complied a list of the best Twilight & MTV moments!

The moments include Rob first saying to call him “Spunk Ransom”, as well as moments from other various interviews that Rob has done with MTV in the last year.

Rob is nominated for two awards at the 2009 Scream Awards! The Scream Awards honor the best in Horror, Sci-Fi, Fantasy, and more!

Rob is currently nominated for the Breakout Performance – Male award as well as the Best Fantasy Actor award, for his role in Twilight as Edward Cullen!

Twilight is also nominated for various awards, including The Ultimate Scream award, Best Fantasy Movie, and Best Ensemble.

The 2009 Scream Awards will be aired on October 27th, 2009 on Spike TV at 10PM EST!

The Twilight Saga: New Moon now has it’s first single off of the Twilight Saga: New Moon Soundtrack! We don’t know if Rob will be on it again, but you should still check it out! It hits stores on October 20th!

After months of speculation, Atlantic and Chop Shop Records have announced that the first single from the upcoming New Moon Soundtrack will be Death Cab for Cutie’s ‘Meet Me On the Equinox’. Fans will be able to hear the song, which was written exclusively for the soundtrack, in its entirety for the first time September 13th on www.mtv.com during the MTV VMAs.

THE TWILIGHT SAGA: NEW MOON Original Motion Picture Soundtrack will be in stores October 20th.
